Board of Directors

Connie Carroll CONNIE CARROLL teaches at Fullerton College in Southern California. She has extensive experience in the wellness industry which includes the development of a nationally recognized corporate wellness facility for Chevron Oil Field Research Center. With a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition and Master's degrees in both Exercise Physiology and Counseling, Connie brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to the foundation board. She has successfully written and received grants as well as developed curriculum for the State of California massage certification. Connie has served as a regional Chairman of the Board for The Association for Fitness in Business.


JULIE CONRIQUE is the Founder and President of Pine Creek Foundation which creates opportunities for children and adults with disabilities. Julie has owned and managed a national dance/fitness company, a corporate wellness consulting business and a literary agency. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership. She is certified to teach riding lessons to the disabled through the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA). As an equestrian, she has competed in hunter/jumper and equitation classes. After experiencing a serious equestrian accident, Julie brings a special level of compassion and vision to the foundation board.

TRESTAND CONRIQUE
is President and CEO of Rancho Santa Fe Technology, Inc. He has extensive experience leading and managing businesses in the telecommunications industry. His education includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Executive Leadership. Tres is dedicated to philanthropic endeavors that involve expanding educational opportunities for young people. He is a member of the CSU San Marcos Trust Foundation, serves on the advisory board to the Dean of the USD School of Business and is a founding member of the East Bay Leadership Foundation which provides scholarships to disadvantaged students in the Oakland area. He serves as a board member of Junior Achievement in the San Francisco Bay Area and San Diego. Tres challenges the foundation to reach new heights.


STEVE HOLLAND
is Vice President of the Corporate Services Group for CB Richard Ellis which specializes in consulting and representing growth-oriented companies. He works closely with organizations to understand their operational, occupancy and management objectives. Steve has structured and negotiated complex real estate transactions as well as provided asset management services. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership. Steve will help Pine Creek Foundation see measurable results with his proven ability in strategic planning, sales and marketing.
